About the role

The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio provides professional development, curriculum support, and other educational services to schools in central Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and administrators in implementing district-wide initiatives
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops
• Assist in the creation and implementation of curriculum materials
• Maintain communication with school staff and provide ongoing support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience or equivalent experience in educational settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal educational standards
• Experience with educational technology tools
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits
