About the role
Make repairs to down production equipment as required ensuring associate safety and equipment production accuracy. Trouble shoot equipment failure to eliminate reoccurrences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and at intended production rate.
- Complete equipment log making note of any repair and potential premature failure.
- Ensure facilities are well maintained and working effectively.
- Complete daily assignments and make supervisor aware of any notable changes on equipment.
- Effectively communicate to management project status.
- Close plant at work week end and ensure it’s secured.
- Assist other associates with tasks as needed.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience with large production machinery.
