Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of mechanical and operational problems on facility equipment and plan and implement corrective action.
• Represent the company in dealing with outside contractors, vendors, and consultants related to facility maintenance.
• Oversee continuous monitoring of production and process equipment for proper operation through routine inspections.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and implementing a preventative maintenance program for production, including inspection of plant equipment and inventory for replenishing parts.
• Maintain documentation, machine history, and records of tool and equipment use throughout the facility; inspect or request replacements for tools/equipment as needed.
• Maintain organization of the Maintenance Repair Area and any other area where repair work is in progress.
• Perform fabrication, welding, design, and other duties to ensure successful company operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
