Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property
• Performs “make-ready” process for vacant apartments
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials and supplies
• Completes documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks
• Works flexible schedule and on-call
• Promotes positive image of apartment community and management company

Requirements

• One year of apartment maintenance technical/other training
• Valid Driver’s License
• AC Certification I and II

Qualifications

• Criminal History Record Check - satisfactory results required
• No conviction for offenses involving illegal drug use, public indecency, theft, crimes against persons or property
• No moving traffic violations except for reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, or excessive red light or speeding violations
• Drug Screening - satisfactory results required
