High School diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, boiler maintenance, painter, construction, plumbing, and groundskeeper preferred. Must be available to work other than normal hours as needed and be able to assume pager responsibilities.Driver’s LicenseRegular attendance is required.Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Must be able to: Walking: 3-7 hours/day Lifting: Over 50 lbs good body mechanics or 25-50 lbs improper mechanics Twisting: Moderate: 121-480 twists/day (480 based upon 1 twist per minute) Bending: Moderate bending: 121-480 bends/day (480 based on 1 bend/minute) Squat/Kneel: 3-7 hours/day Endurance: Heavy energy requirements (7-9 mets) Assist with snow removal on the property as assigned
