Position Summary Perform all duties of the Maintenance Position, along with electrical maintenance with primary objective being the overall maintenance of all machinery, equipment and facilities. Proficient in areas dealing with installs and repairs to electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. Intermediate boiler knowledge with the ability to maintain boiler, piping, supporting electrical systems and surrounding physical structures. Be a solutions provider While Building On Our Core Values Of Help 1 st Take ownership Do the right thing Expect excellence Essential Duties And Responsibilities Scheduled and preventative maintenance on equipment and buildingAbility to read electrical; hydraulic and pneumatic schematics as necessaryExperience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devicesConnects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipmentDiagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cablesDiagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boardsObserves mechanical device in operation and listens to their sounds to identify the location of their problemsDismantles and reassembles equipment that is in need of repairExamines form and texture of parts to detect imperfectionsAssists others on their machines as neededAct as a liaison with vendors when necessarySets up machinery, makes the necessary adjustments and monitors the equipment to be sure it is running efficiently and effectivelyEmergency, scheduled, minor and preventative maintenance or all machines and buildingObserves all safety policies and procedures including LOTOAbility to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs ariseRegular and reliable attendanceAny other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.
