Maintenance
About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant Safety, Quality, Cost, and Regulatory compliance through facility and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, problem-solving experience, and the ability to work independently and train others.
Responsibilities
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Strong knowledge on mechanical capabilities
- Perform task unsupervised
- Ability to share general maintenance knowledge in a training/leading other technicians capacity
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with creative solutions to complex issues
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Use time effectively
- Consistently maintains a safety-first mentality
- PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics Experience
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current OSHA 10 certification
Skills
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
