Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned.
- Assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
- Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts.
- Handle heavy workload of calls.
- Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return.
- Manage workload and job scheduling.
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork.
- Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs).
- Keep manager informed of customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively and promptly.
- Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer, and team.
- Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company.
- When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups.
- Report team performance issues to the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license.
- A basic high school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent is required.
- One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred.
- One (1) year of prior EXPERIENCE in related field is preferred.
