Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Work weekends and holidays as required
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Demonstrate an excellent work ethic and organizational skills

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for working with seniors
• Interest in learning and growing your skill set
