About the Role

As a Maintenance Associate, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities by performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Inspect buildings for structural damage and perform repairs including roof work, painting, and flooring
  • Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance logs
  • Participate in safety meetings
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Willingness to learn industry techniques
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Experience with heavy equipment is preferred
