About the Role
As a Maintenance Associate, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities by performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Inspect buildings for structural damage and perform repairs including roof work, painting, and flooring
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance logs
- Participate in safety meetings
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Willingness to learn industry techniques
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Experience with heavy equipment is preferred
