Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor.
- Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings.
- Repairs plaster and drywall.
- Performs painting tasks.
- Carries out grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, and other maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical, etc. (preferred).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
