Maintenance Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor.
• Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings.
• Repairs plaster and drywall.
• Performs painting tasks.
• Carries out grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, and other maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical, etc. (preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
