About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Willow Ridge Wellness & Rehabilitation in White Settlement, TX. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repair, and replacement of equipment and facilities
• Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
• Assist in the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that the facility is properly stocked and equipped
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory levels
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements

• 0 years of experience in a maintenance or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
