Maintenance Assistant - Part Time

Job Summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Aid with general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete routine maintenance tasks and assigned work orders
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive facility
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Aid with grounds maintenance and facility upkeep
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic maintenance, repair, or construction experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
