Job Duties
- Light maintenance duties including drywall, painting, furnace repair, light plumbing and general resident room maintenance.
Qualifications
- A high school graduate or graduate of a technical school preferred, for performance of general maintenance duties.
- Two years of experience in maintenance.
- Preference given for experience in healthcare organization, especially nursing home/retirement community.
- Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. independently, and over 75 lbs. with assistance.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Able to work at elevated heights.
- Walk, stand, and sit intermittently throughout the day.
- May work in heights and confined areas.
