Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of general maintenance for the community and grounds.
- Show knowledge and prior hands-on experience in the areas of general maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, dry wall patching and painting.
- Support resident needs by completing assigned maintenance work order tasks.
- Aid with internal moves as needed.
