Responsibilities
- Manage work orders and conduct facility inspections
- Ensure safety compliance
- Analyze maintenance data
- Lead maintenance teams through training and evaluations
- Perform site visits and coordinate across multiple locations
- Provide safety oversight and data reporting
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
- 3+ years managing teams and programs
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance preferred
Skills

Pay
Salary range of $98,600 - $116,000, plus bonus.
Flexibility for on-call duties may be required.
