Maintenance Assistant
Job Description
Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents' living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
- A valid driver’s license in the State
- Knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, hvac, etc.
Requirements
- Pleasant, detailed oriented, and friendly personality
- Ability to assist the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements
- To complete work orders from residents and staff
- To assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items
- To complete special projects as directed
