Maintenance Assistant

Job Description

Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents' living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
• A valid driver’s license in the State
• Knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, hvac, etc.

Requirements

• Pleasant, detailed oriented, and friendly personality
• Ability to assist the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements
• To complete work orders from residents and staff
• To assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items
• To complete special projects as directed
