Maintenance Assistant

Job Description

Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 a.m- 5:30 p.m.

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who can assist the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc. The ideal candidate should be able to complete work orders from residents and staff, assist with preventative maintenance, and complete special projects as directed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance
• A valid driver’s license in the State
• Knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Willingness to train the correct person
