Responsibilities
- Performs general maintenance on a daily basis responding to resident requests through the established work order program.
- Repairs plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
- Daily light bulb walk around/inspection to ensure all public area light bulbs are operable and working.
- Maintains organization of all storage and equipment areas.
- Performs daily and as assigned painting projects for all common and office areas.
Requirements
- Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred.
- Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required.
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful.
