Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support facility improvement projects as assigned
- Affiliate with inspections and identify maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and dependability required
