We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properlyComplete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasksRespond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residentsMaintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulationsAssist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as needed Qualifications General “jack-of-all-trades” maintenance experience requiredMaintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferredCompassion and respect for the elderly and medically fragile populationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to complete a background check Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
