Maintenance Assistant

Location: Troy- 6am-2:30pm (M-F) The Maintenance Assistant position is responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment. Essential Job Functions Sweeping, mopping, and handwashing the facility/equipmentPreventative and Reactive maintenance replacing facility equipment filters, belts, etc.Operating a forklift- training and certification will be providedClosing work ordersPaint Booth maintenance Skills/requirements Some computer experience preferredMust have valid Drivers LicensesBasic maintenance knowledgeAbility to perform minor repairsPrevious maintenance, janitorial or mechanical experience is helpful but not requiredLifting Requirements: 5 – 75 lbs.Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Pre-employment physical will be required What separates us from the competition?
