Position Highlights
- Heavy duty cleaning

- Maintenance of institutional equipment
- Keep records of work performed
- Cookordination work with other departments
- Able to be on call for emergencies
- Perform or direct duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc.
Requirements
- Personal contact with residents
- High level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations
- Work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision
Qualifications
- Maintenance experience preferred, not required
- H-VAC experience preferred, not required
- High school graduate or graduate of a technical school
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Knowledge of local codes and ordinances
- Knowledge of safety regulations
