Job Overview Aurora on France is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care)! This role monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment, trains other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment at our spacious care center in Bloomington, MN. This Position Includes 80 hours per two weeksDay/evening shift Every other weekend Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! Required Qualifications 1 year One to Three YearsExperience with mechanical equipmentSpecial Boilers License - State MN (must have upon hire or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire date.)
