Essential Job Duties
- Ensure all Maintenance schedules are followed.
- Check Maintenance boards daily for needed repairs.
- Assist with drills, and tests.
- Complete log sheets for equipment.
- Participate in assigned training.
- Perform routine Maintenance on grounds, and parking areas.
- Paint rooms as needed.
- Auxiliary in moving and lifting of misc. items.
- Be on call at times.
- Be able to complete tasks without supervision.
Requirements
- Must have a general knowledge of maintenance.
- Must have a clean background and driving record.
- Must have a Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to use general tools.
