Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
- Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
- Work with various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
