About the role
Looking for a Maintenance Assistant - handyman that knows all aspects of building maintenance including but not limited to daily readings, minor plumbing, changing a faucet, painting apartments and hallways, sheetrock, taping, changing light bulbs, maintaining grounds etc.
Responsibilities
- Schedule largely Sunday & Wednesday a plus coverage 24 per week.
Requirements
- Pre-employment health screening
- Background and drug testing
- MUST BE 21 + FOR THIS POSITION
Experience
- maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
