Qualifications/Certifications
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, general carpentry
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in each area
- Ability to delegate responsibility as needed
- Ability to read and understand English
- Ability to read schematics and plans
- Knowledge about general vehicle maintenance
- Alertness and aggressiveness in maintaining safety and fire hazards
- Valid New Jersey Driver's license in good standing
Responsibilities
Purchases equipment for maintenance (with prior approval) and other designated responsibilities.
Provides janitorial aid to all CARINGHouse properties as needed.
