What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Mechanical or hands-on experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
- Skilled nursing facility or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks including painting, minor plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs
- Help maintain heating, ventilation, and building systems
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Assist with emergency repairs when needed
- Follow safety and health regulations
