Maintenance Assistant

Azria Health Park Place is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5pm or 7a-3p with on call every other week.

Responsibilities

• Experience with floor machines
• A keen eye for details
• Knowledgeable of safety
• Maintain high level of work performance & safety
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
• Work as a team member
• Love for the residents
• Strong work ethic
• Quality customer service
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Report unsafe or unusual conditions to Maintenance Director
• Report to Maintenance Director with strong leadership skills
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements
