About the role
The Maintenance Assistant will assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Support the Maintenance Director in ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Previous nursing home experience preferred
