About the role
Perform basic activities related to maintenance and upkeep of building and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance
- Other tasks as requested by facility manager
- Experience helpful in painting, light carpentry, plumbing/electrical, HVAC and building systems
- Driving residents to and from scheduled appointments
Requirements
- Valid drivers license in state of MA in good standing
