Maintenance and Facilities Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Facility & Equipment Management. Direct the operation of physical facility functions, including equipment installations, plant layouts, and service functions.
- Oversee outside contractors and ensure the maintenance of all facilities and equipment.
- Design, plan, and facilitate capital projects.
- Determine the feasibility of new equipment or facility modifications by analyzing costs, available space, and technical requirements.
- Provide leadership to the maintenance team by developing, training, and motivating staff.
- Assign workflows, enforce safety regulations, and assist in resolving complex work problems.
- Analyze engineering proposals and process requirements.
- Provide technical data regarding manufacturing techniques, materials, and process limitations to support long-range planning.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform cost estimating, and test newly installed machinery to ensure it meets contract specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement, advocating for safety, ergonomics, and automation to help the organization work smarter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field is strongly preferred.
- Candidates without a bachelor's degree will be considered based on experience.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant maintenance engineering supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Pay
The base salary for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 per year plus a 10% bonus. Exceptional benefits start on day one!

Requirements
