About the role

Candidate will maintain building and equipment including trouble-shooting and repairing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain building and equipment including trouble-shooting and repairing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry and kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• 3 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred.
• Licenses and/or certifications preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Able to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy amounts weight.
• Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to provide full availability.

Pay

90 Day Probationary Rate: $34.05 per hour
Hourly Rate: $40.06 per hour
