Maintenance 1st Class - Full Time
About the role
The General Maintenance 1st Class position will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. A Maintenance 1st Class will also perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front of the house areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system.
- Read blueprints and schematics.
- Use basic trouble-shooting skills.
Requirements
- Able to work a variety of shifts - AM, PM & Overnight.
- A minimum of two years building maintenance experience is required with painting, dry wall and woodwork.
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Good communication skills are necessary.
- Proficient in computer skills.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $33.35 - $41.69
