About the Role
The Maintenance Manager will assist in overseeing the design, installation, supply, and overall maintenance of the University’s electrical infrastructure. This position is also responsible for managing the locksmith supervisor and all associated work in that area, including developing an effective preventative maintenance program for both electrical and locksmith functions.
The role involves planning and executing preventative, corrective, deferred, and project-based work, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of the University’s electrical infrastructure.
- Manage the locksmith supervisor and all locksmith-related work.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for electrical and locksmith areas.
- Create schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work.
- Coordinate preventative, corrective, deferred, and project-based maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and support maintenance staff to meet operational goals.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in the electrical field with journeyman-level expertise.
Pay
$65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience.
