- 12+ years of hands-on mainframe programming experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- ADABAS
- Natural
- COBOL
- CSV
- SAM
- JCL
- IBM utilities (IDCAMS, SORT, File Manager)
- TSO development environment
- Experience with data migration to distributed systems.
- Strong SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Dynamics 365 experience.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps/Git.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
