Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
  • Maintain accountability for all Main Bank funds, reserve chips, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and process bank deposits accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests with questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service model at all times
  • Maintain availability and reliability for scheduled shifts
  • Support cage operations by ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency in all transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum six months of related cashiering, banking, or cage experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Must possess and maintain all required regional Gaming Cards and/or Licenses

Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
