About the role
The Opportunity As a Mailroom Clerk in our Office Services Department, you will have the opportunity to work extensively in our Mailroom with essential documents necessary for the operation of a leading personal injury law firm.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, copying, and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members.
- Prepare mail and packages for shipment.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including but not limited to postage meters, mail sorting machines, scanners, etc.
- Organizing and maintaining mailroom supplies in the mailroom, such as envelopes, stamps, and packaging materials.
- Special project assistance as necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior law firm experience is preferred.
- Advanced experience with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Case management software experience preferred.
- Able to sort and organize efficiently.
- Experience working with litigation documents.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
