Mail Machine Operator

On-site role supporting high-volume, secure mail production for government and commercial clients. Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated inserting and sorting equipment to process transactional mail with accuracy and consistency. Key Duties Prepare and configure mail processing equipment for production runsOperate and monitor automated inserters and sortersVerify counts and validate addressing/data accuracyFollow postal, security, and all applicable quality standardsDocument production metrics and operational resultsMaintain compliance with safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate with team members and support continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform detailed work with a strong focus on accuracyExperience operating or supporting automated mail processing equipment preferredKnowledge of postal/security requirements and quality control practicesStrong attention to detail, dependability, and performance awarenessComfort working in a technology-enabled operations environment
