Mahindra Sales & Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with tractor, equipment, parts, and service inquiries
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Support sales, parts, and service operations
• Follow up on customer opportunities and service needs
• Learn Mahindra products and dealership processes
• Help create an outstanding customer experience
• Assist with various dealership activities as our business continues to grow

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or service experience is preferred but not required
