Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor Magnum equipment for production runs.
- Review job tickets and verify specifications before starting production.
- Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience operating printing or production equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
- Production facility environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and printing materials.
Four-Shift Schedule Structure
- Shift 2A: 5:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
- Shift 2B: 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
