Magnolia 02 (FM1488/FM149) Service - Customer Service Assistant - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading merchandise from baskets.
• Package groceries and help customers transport/unload groceries to their vehicles.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the store.
• Maintain and stock bag areas.
• Return products to proper locations.
• Stock and stage bags; stock check‑stand supplies.
• Distribute Buddy bucks to registers and replace anti‑fatigue mats.
• Relocate Carts & Parts baskets and power‑wash baskets for department setup.
• Perform red‑basket fill‑up and retrieval.
• Clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum the check‑stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work with customers and stay attentive to their needs.
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training (upon hire).

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching (waist, shoulder, knee, floor), bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, stair climbing, pivoting, twisting, and pushing/pulling with the arms. Employees must be able to lift 55 lb regularly and manage loads up to 100 lb, using safe‑lifting practices or assistance as needed. The work environment includes exposure to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions.
