Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current South Carolina RN license
• Experience in acute care setting preferred
