About the role
This position is 100% operations-focused, working in a numbered pick station within a warehouse environment. You will handle sophisticated magazines and other sensitive products as part of standard business operations.
Responsibilities
- Report to assigned pick station and accurately pick magazines using the perfect-pick system and station indicator lights.
- Place magazines in shipping containers according to numbered shipping labels.
- Carry and walk magazines to the next assigned shipping container as required.
- Use retractable safety cutters to access loose magazine inventory from bundles.
- Restock the pick line as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized pick zone.
- Work in other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Meet or exceed company production and accuracy standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 6 months of general warehouse experience preferred.
- Employment contingent on passing a background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements
The role involves the following physical demands:
- Frequently (F): Bend, squat, stand, walk, kneel, push/pull, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movements, read/comprehend, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason and analyze.
- Occasionally (O): Sit, reach above shoulder level, write, exposure to dust.
- Not at all (N): Crawl, climb, exposure to excessive noise, marked changes in temperature/humidity, fumes, gases, radiation, microwaves, driving motorized equipment, working in confined quarters.
Must be able to carry/lift:
- Frequently: Light loads (up to 25 lbs).
- Occasionally: Moderate (25–50 lbs) and heavy loads (over 50 lbs).
Pay
Competitive starting wage of $15.00 per hour. Retention and/or referral bonuses available after 3 months (eligibility details in program guidelines).
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.
