Made to Measure Specialists at Todd Snyder offer impeccable and personalized service to prospective and existing customers. This role contributes to the overall success of the business by providing a specialized service that elevates and enhances the in-store experience. Made to Measure Specialists act as brand ambassadors, embodying the brand aesthetic and philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading customer service, building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Develop the Made to Measure business within the location by cultivating clientele and partnering cross-functionally with Client Advisors.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to enhance sales, using company-provided resources to deepen understanding of the product assortment.
• Uphold all standards of the Made to Measure Business, including visual and service standards.
• Share insights of the location’s Made to Measure business with the Store Manager and Made to Measure Manager.
• Work cross-functionally with corporate partners, including Marketing, Logistics, and Visual Merchandising, to ensure the success of the Made to Measure business.
• Participate in initial and final fittings with prospective guests, ensuring accuracy in measurement, recordkeeping, and order entry.
• Partner with other store locations to host Made to Measure trunk shows and appointment opportunities for clients.
• Proactively resolve customer service issues by finding meaningful solutions and using best-in-class customer service.
• Complete operational objectives under the guidance of Store Manager and/or Store Leadership, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, inventory, and other tasks as assigned.
• Utilize business acumen (both written and verbal) in relation to store business, product assortment, and business opportunities.
• Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness by acting with integrity in all interactions and following company policies.
• Promote cooperation and commitment within the team to achieve goals, celebrating team accomplishments.
• Proactively seek feedback for performance and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Strong affinity for the Todd Snyder brand and philosophy.
• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience working with Made to Measure.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to develop clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Able to work a varied schedule each week, including nights and weekends.
