Machinist / Production Associate

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate axle straightening equipment safely and efficiently.
• Drive a forklift to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory movement and organization.
• Perform a variety of production and shop-related tasks as assigned.
• Follow quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Learn new processes and duties as required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained).
• Ability to work effectively with others and communicate professionally.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take on different assignments.
• Dependable and punctual.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
