Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of machining experience
- Demonstrate good print reading skills and an understanding of GD&T
- Ability to read and write basic G & M codes, tool offsets and work offsets, spindle speeds and feed rates
- Must be able to use calipers and micrometers and other measuring equipment
- Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing during shift hours

Responsibilities
- Producing small machine parts using machine controls to program, setup and operate CNC mills
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards, keeping records, maintaining equipment and needed supplies
- Reducing cost and improving on-time delivery for existing products and working with the quality department to support the Quality System
- Collaborating with your supervisor and other departments and co-workers
- Shortening cycle time or improving the process
- Planning the work day by studying work orders, drawing specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances

Adhering to procedures in accordance with the ISO and AS9100 Quality Systems
