Responsibilities

• Position: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday/2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Shift Premium: 10% Added to Base Hourly Rate
• Position: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday/10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Shift Premium: 15% Added to Base Hourly Rate
• Paid Time Off (PTO) 120 Hours/3 Weeks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• CNC Lathe/Mill‑Turn/Mill operator experience with inspection tool usage required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments required.
• Two‑year technical degree in a related field preferred.
• Tuition reimbursement available: $5,250.00 per academic year.
• Machine Operator 1: One (1) year of experience running and setting up manually controlled machine tools.
• Machine Operator 2: Three (3) years of experience running and setting up manually controlled machine tools; One (1) year of experience with multi‑axis CNC machine tools.
• Machine Operator 3: Seven (7) years of experience running and setting up manually controlled machine tools OR Five (5) years of experience with multi‑axis CNC machine tools (required).
• Precision measuring tools, gauges, and inspection devices.
• Reading and interpreting part drawings/blueprints, dimensioning, and tolerancing (including GD&T).
• Shop math and machining calculations.
• Basic understanding and application of GD&T, CNC machine tools, G‑code, and DNC controls.
• Machine preventive and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and waste‑reduction concepts.
